Magic as Self Care is a workshop about using spellwork in your self care practice. While we’ll be using magic and spellwork as a framework, we will simultaneously be learning about the science behind the evidence-based approaches we’ll be discussing. Magic and science can exist together in service to your self care. We’ll show you how!
